Notes to availability
We are happy to accept mid-week bookings as we realise that cheaper flights can usually be had mid-week. Electricity, water, gas and cleaning are included in the price. However this is based on normal consumption for that period plus a 20% margin. Should this be exceeded, a surcharge may be levied. In addition if exceptional cleaning is required at the end of your stay, then this will be deducted from your deposit, as of course may any breakages.
